The Information and Education Program is a Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program, which provides adolescents with comprehensive pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection prevention. I&E also provides links to local clinics. This 30 year-old innovative program is a community based program, services are offered in diverse settings such as mainstream and alternative schools, social services agencies, and youth centers. I&E focuses on programming that will increase youth’s knowledge and ability to responsibly deal with their own sexuality and the social pressures affecting them.
