What a Night! (continued)

It was a friendly madhouse as shoppers cheerfully fought the crowd to find their heart's desire in the midst of a treasure trove of over 800 incredible items. Among the treasures: a Dooney & Bourke handbag and wallet, a 1950 Western Flyer bicycle, an Apple iPhone, an iPod video, an art deco smoking stand circa 1930, and many more incredible items.

Afterwards, our guests gave the event rave reviews, even though many of them waited patiently in long check-out lines to pay for their "loot". (We were overwhelmed by the outpouring of generosity, and our valiant volunteers were hard pressed to keep the throng moving!) A few of the nice comments:

The event last night was great. It is wonderful to participate in something for an organization that is a little different, matches the mission and is a lot of fun. Thank you for including me.

I think the room was so beautiful - set up was smooth - lots of very capable volunteers.

Great Event for a great cause!!! Kudos to you and your crew.
